– Lime Kilns: Refractory brick installation (firebrick or high-alumina lining), Insulating brick or castable installation (backup layers), Gunning or shotcrete repairs to worn zones (chain area, burning zone), Castable burner tile and nose ring repairs, Kiln hood and cooler refractory maintenance, Demolition of failed linings using air hammers or Brokk, Dry-out services for new linings
– Recovery Boilers: Furnace floor and wall refractory repairs, Spout and smelt port area repairs (high-wear zones), Burner tile replacement, Refractory replacement in combustion chambers, Castable or gunning work in the splash zone, Ceramic fiber insulation for access doors and ducting, Demolition and relining of furnace arch or rear walls
